For First Time Majority of Americans Favor Legal Gay Marriage. Your Thoughts?

I believe that everyone should love and share their lives with who ever it is they want to; however, I do not think that the government has the right to say that gay partnership is a valid marriage. A MARRIAGE is the unity of a man and a woman in a sacrement of holy matrimony, and so gay partnerships do not qualify and so you cannot call it a marriage. Perhaps they should have called it a domestic partnership, and have it where they have the same rights and responsibilities as married couples. . . =>
