TTC.. Does this sound like symptoms of conception?

I miscarried months ago. My fiance && I have been ttc ever since, but no luck. Last month I didn't get my period. I had really bad cramps on day 13 my ovulation day. I had sex that day. My boobs have been sore for 4days now with cramping but I'm not supposed to start for another wk && couple days. I've been emotional && MADD for no reason. Sometimes when I wipe I have creamy white discharge, I'm very gassy && hungry alot, by back has been hurting very bad. Could this be symptoms of finally conceiving . Thanks
