Please help. subchorionic hematoma?

I am 9 wk 2 dy pregnant and found out last night that I have a sch measuring 1.5 centimeters. I have had no bleeding just cramping. I'm very worried. Has anybody gone through this and of so what was the outcome. Thankyou.
