My Casio WK--3000 Keyboard piano isnt working right..?

Okay every time I power my keyboard up, the screen stays frozen. When I press the keys, no sound comes out and when I try to shut the keyboard off, it wont. The only way I can actually turn it off is by unplugging the AC power supply which I know is not good for the keyboard. Any advice??
