Can you get pregnancy symptoms a wk after sex?

Ok well me n my hubby had unprotected sex on the 6th n he did the deed inside me.n now its the 13 n I'm having cramps n my boobs got a lil bigger n i had milk come out n having vaginal discharge,it looks milky clear odorless tho. We had sex on my high fertility day if that makes a difference.this would be my second pregnancy if i am.i dnt get my period til the end of month. could i be prego within a wk or what else could it be.
