Destroying my garden?

What's a good way to let my 7 wk pup know that he isn't suppose to chew on my garden (dogs love plants lol) btw at times when we're outside I call her to come inside and she completely ignores me how can I get her attention...also since I'm trying to have her routine on schedule how long should feeding time be? Thanks! I'm still pretty new and glad appreciate the help
