I'm in wk 5 (Phase 2 week 1) of P90X and haven't followed the nutrition plan, should I start my workouts over?

I'm 30 years old, 5'1 132lbs and have kept my calories around 1300-1500 most days (a sweet included) with a binge once a week on sweets. I hate that I've had no self control and have vowed to quite sugar from here on out. I was wondering if I should just start over in my workouts at Phase 1 week 1 or just go from here on out. I haven't missed a workout and am committed to seeing this through, but I do want results and to lose about 10 lbs. Constructive comments would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
