No matter wat i do i cant get any skinnier :(?
Ive been goint to the gym on and off for the past year i admit i didnt have the best diet but ive been going the last 3 months constantly 6 days a week andhave really cleaned up my diet cut out fast food and changed to wholemeal and brown foods etc..i'm 5 ft 6..8 and half stone which i no is a grand weight i dont actually want to lose weight but my body fat is 23% and it just wont go any lower its so annoying i'm doing an hour of cardio 5- 6 days a wk and 30 mins of strength traing 4 days a week and I feel and look the exact same my lower body is the problem with 35 inch hips and 22 inch thighs my trainer at the gym has said maybe this is just the body fat and shape i'm meant to be.I know i;; never be ultra skinny ill always be bigger on bottom but why isnt my body fat going down or legs or hips getting smaller :(
