Office is open 37.5 hours a wk work at office 30 hrs a wk work at home 4 hrs a wk full or part time?

I'm an investigator, I work in the office 30 hours a week. Office is only open 37.5 hours per week. I work on cases after closing, and at home, should I be considered full time employee
