Trying to reenlist back in the U.S Army?

I am currently out of the Army but i have been trying for years to get back in but they keep turning me down, I have been in trouble with the law as in fradulent use of credit card and this has been charged NOT convicted, and also strike or touch against someone that i have had NO relationship with also charged but dropped/dismissed. I was discharged from the Army with a RE3 code and thats it. need help I'm not giving up cause they see that im a hard process for paper wk and i now i need a few waivers or 2. Need help im not looking in the right area and im not getting any help either.
