Listen im tired of women always over reacting to ****. Its obvious that the guy is busy. Women always do that but if its the other way around you are not concerned at all. The fact that I see something about scholarship grad makes me believe that he is actually a busy person. And when told you he was working on his lab report why would you ask him if he is busy? Of course he is he told you before hand he was working on his lab report. This leads me to believe that you actually was not concerned about what he said unless it was yes i will be there. Any how sorry fo coming off so mean but this **** has happened to me so many times so I get kind of emotional. In conclusion just ask him when would be a good time for him. If he gives you a date and time for you guys to do something then hold him to that. If he stands you up then ignore his *** for like two weeks. Trust me guys hate that ****. Eventually he is going to call just because you show him you are no longer interested. Trust me there is no guy that is to busy for a woman that he likes
