Why did Forbes magazine say the top 10 happiest countries are socialist?

I wouldn't believe every statistic Forbes uses as factual evidence for their assumptions, statistics can be used for any assertion. Forbes once said "Corporations will Rebuild America" as their leading magazine ad title.
