Why is support for Obama's war so low?

Things were a bit different before Iraq. Watching a civil war where thousand of American troops and 100s of thousands of Iraqi civilians died kind of ruined people's taste for military intervention. Not to mention the never-ending quagmire of Afghanistan. I think people have had enough of these foreign wars.
