Placentas growing infront of baby instead of behind?

Just because it's in front of the baby doesn't mean you WILL need a c-section. If the placenta covers the opening to the cervix, you may need one because the baby wouldn't be able to come out. Once the placenta is in place, it doesn't move- It's attached to the uteran wall. Other reasons could cause need for a c-section, though, so you will want to be prepared for that as an option. I was planning on going natural, but my daughter wouldn't fit through my pelvis and I needed a c-sectiion. Hard to say when you'll feel your baby move. Generally women don't feel it until 16-18 weeks anyways. You may feel slight flutters at first, but the actual kicks will be later on.
